Welcome to Taxidi International! By signing up as a Travel Advisor, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

Article 1: General

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Taxidi International.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Taxidi International does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to become a Travel Advisor.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.

  • Taxidi International reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Article 2: Advisor Responsibilities

  • Promote Taxidi International’s travel services ethically and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding travel packages, pricing, and policies.

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to travel advising and sales.

  • Avoid misleading claims about earnings potential or travel benefits.

Article 3: Commission & Payments

  • Advisors earn commissions based on sales generated through their referrals.

  • Commission rates and payment schedules will be detailed in your Advisor Agreement.

  • Payments will be processed via a secure method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) upon meeting minimum payout thresholds.

  • Taxidi International reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.

Article 4: Code of Conduct

Advisors must not engage in fraudulent activities, spamming, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Misrepresentation of Taxidi International’s services will result in immediate termination.

  • Advisors are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes.

Article 5: Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

  • Taxidi International may terminate an Advisor for violations of these terms, fraud, or misconduct.

  • Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through fraudulent means.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

  • Taxidi International is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from an Advisor’s actions.

  • Advisors are responsible for their own business operations and compliance with laws.

Article 7: Modifications

  • Taxidi International may update these Terms at any time. Advisors will be notified of significant changes.

Earnings Disclosure for Taxidi International Travel Advisors

Income Disclaimer

  • Earnings as a Taxidi International Travel Advisor vary based on effort, skills, and market conditions.

  • There is no guaranteed income—success depends on individual sales performance.

  • Past earnings of other Advisors do not guarantee future results.

Commission Structure

  • Commissions are paid on qualified sales (terms outlined in the Advisor Agreement).

  • Bonuses or incentives may be offered, but are subject to change.

  • Payment Timing: Advisors will be paid their commission 30 days after their referred Client has returned from their trip, provided Taxidi has received full payment from the Client.

  • Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via [Bank Transfer/PayPal/Other] to the Advisor’s designated account.

  • Invoices: Invoice must be submitted within two weeks of the departure date in order to meet the payout deadline

  • Payment threshold: For payments made to PayPal minimum payout is $50, and for bank transfers a minimum of $400 must be reached for payments to be made.

  • Disputes: Any disputes regarding commission payments must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment issuance.

Independent Contractor Status

  • Advisors are not employees and are responsible for their own business expenses and taxes.

Payment Plan Agreement

1. Payment Plan Terms

  • The total membership fee is $300, payable in instalments as agreed upon.

  • The Member agrees to make timely payments according to the scheduled plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable once the first payment is made.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • By submitting the first payment, the Member acknowledges that all funds paid are non-refundable, regardless of whether the full membership fee is completed.

  • No cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be permitted after the initial payment is processed.

3. Access to Business Scope & Benefits

  • Full access to the scope of the business, including all membership benefits, will only be granted upon completion of the final payment.

  • Partial payments do not entitle the Member to any proprietary information, full training materials, or complete business privileges until the full $300 is paid.

4. Acknowledgment of Terms

  • The act of making the first payment serves as explicit acceptance of this Agreement, confirming that the Member has read, understood, and agreed to all terms, including the non-refundable policy and delayed access to full benefits.

5. Default & Consequences

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of partial benefits until the balance is settled.

  • The Company reserves the right to pursue legal or collection efforts for unpaid balances.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country], and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts therein.

By making the first payment, you confirm that you have a full understanding and agree to these terms as a binding agreement. No exceptions or refunds will be made once payment begins.
